East Moline Insulation was founded in 2016 right here in East Moline - a working city that sits along the Mississippi River and knows exactly what a hard Illinois winter feels like. East Moline has a large share of homes built in the early and mid-20th century, many of them bungalows and two-stories that were never insulated to modern standards. Those homes lose heat fast, and their owners pay for it every January.
We started this company because we kept seeing the same problem across the Quad Cities: homeowners paying far too much on utility bills because their attics, crawl spaces, and walls had gaps that had never been addressed. The older neighborhoods near the riverfront, the worker-era houses closer to the John Deere Harvester Works, the modest ranches on the north side - nearly all of them had something that could be fixed. We built a team around fixing it.
Today we serve all 12 communities across the Illinois and Iowa sides of the Quad Cities region, handling everything from spray foam and attic blow-in to crawl space encapsulation and commercial work.
